Spring Weather!!!

Monday :

• I finally started getting my rear out of bed and hitting the Peloton first thing in the morning before everyone is up and at 'em - such an energy boost!!

Tuesday : 

• I had a happy hour with former Cargill co-workers (John and Megan) after work at Lone Spur - so fun!
• Weather was amazing so I enjoyed sitting outside while I waited on Clint's dinner to go 

Wednesday : 

• New Horizon had a family night at daycare so Clint ran the kids there while I headed home from work
• We then both met at Gymnastics for Maci's last session (she shifts to dance recital prep and soccer shortly) and Connor's regular class
• Our family enjoyed a yummy dinner at Oak Eatery on the way home

Thursday :

• March Madness Kick Off!!  Love this time of year!
• I was supposed to have another happy hour but decided I wanted to spend the nice weather night at home with my crew.
• Once I got here Clint left to St Cloud to help our former neighbor John with an errand
• The kids and I took a nice walk with scooters and bikes
• Afterward, Connor and I cuddled on the couch and read 6 books together before he dozed

Friday : 

• Gorgeous weather!  We are finally in the 50s!!
• Enjoying a some what quiet Friday at the office 
• Celebrated the end of the week with beer and coworkers before heading home for a family walk and pizza!

How we roll on Friday's

Saturday : 

• Dance in the morning with the kids
• Clint ran to get his license renewed while we hit up dance
• We all met back at home for lots of outdoor play
• Our family made a run to Target to get Connor is scooter and Maci a new big girl bike - bring on the warm weather!!!
• Clint and I each took turns running to get pedicures - got to get our feet spring break ready
• It was monthly date night with Kaitlin watching the kids so at 7p we headed to Sunshine Factory for dinner, drinks and MN Gophers b-ball
• We decided to hit up BW3 for some more cocktails before heading home and calling it a night

Sunday : 

• Lazy morning with some laundry and basketball recaps
• Kids were once again outside, so nice!
• I had an awesome ride on the Peloton - shattered my PR :)
• Maci is now at her girl scout troop meeting from 300-430p
• Connor is napping
• Clint is about to ride the Peloton himself after we show the neighbor boy how to take care of Boomer
• I have to do some work tonight but can't seem to find the motivation right now :)

SNOW IS MELTING!!!

Monday :

• I got home from work in time to relieve Clint from the kiddos so he could head to a vendor dinner at The Cov around 7p (YUM! and jealous!!)

Tuesday : 

• We were both supposed to have happy hours after work but it was raining and traffic was horrible so I had to skip mine and grab the kiddos while Clint hung with our buddy Danny for a bit that night
• Good news is that all the rain and 40 temps is causing a massive melt out of snow!
• Unfortunately, the WSU Raiders lost to NKU so they won't be in the big dance this year, again

Wednesday :

• Clint left to Tampa for work after having a WiFi extender installed in the early morning
• I took the kids to gymnastics and started to feel off so early to bed for all of us

Thursday : 

• Clint was still in Tampa until dinner time
• Maci and Connor had 8a Dentist apts - Connor has good teeth but should lay off the pacifier (tell us something we don't know!)  and poor Maci, she is doing such a great job brushing but she has her momma's mouth.  They are already talking about pulling baby teeth because we have an over crowding issue starting - the words early orthodontics were used (OOFDAH!)  Clint will take her back for an appointment to "wiggle" some teeth out in early April - thankfully after a fun spring break

Friday : 

• Greenwood Elementary Carnival started at 530p
• The kids had a blast doing crazy hair, playing games, eating pizza and Maci ran into so many buddies - I continue to be amazed by how many kids she knows including those that appear to be in 4th grade HA
• We even won a silent auction basket - family game night which included a lot of fun games that we didn't already own 
• After we got home they crashed and we followed shortly after

Saturday : 

• Dance in the morning
• Errands around the house in the afternoon
• Date Night to Benihana but change of plans as our sitter got sick so the kids went over the Harty's house across the street while we went to dinner - we will swap with them so they can do the same in a few weeks - Love awesome neighbors!!
• We then did a total MN thing by bundling up and heading back over to their house for a few beers around an outdoor fire - only a little chilly 

Sunday : 

• In the early morning, Maci, Clint and I played a fun new game "would you rather" that we got in our basket from the carnival which had us laughing in the morning and Connor slept in
• Clint cooked a yummy breakfast of cinnamon rolls and bacon
• We are watching basketball and Maci helped me change out St Patty's Day decor for Easter - this house is ready for spring!!!!
• Kids are now having quiet/nap time and I am about to start pounding away on some work to prep for the week
• Clint and M head to a cookie booth at the local grocery for about an hour at 230p
• We all look forward to filling out our brackets tonight for the big dance!

We got the golden ticket. . .

Monday :

• Clint headed to Indy for Work
• I totally forgot about a Cincy 6 Video Chat (high school girlfriends) while doing work on the couch

Tuesday : 

• Clint was in Indy again
• I had a workshop for most of my day at work which meant cleaning up on email at night

Wednesday : 

• Clint came home from Indy but landed at night
• Kids had Gymnastics at night
• I got to catch up with my former Cargill pals Katie & Amber since their kids also have gymnastics on Wednesday nights!
• Clint got home in time to say goodnight to the kiddos

Thursday : 

• I went to a Retirement Happy Hour after work for Andy (Finance leader at Cargill) - it was so nice to see so many familiar faces and catch up with great people!
• After I got home, Clint helped our pal John move an oven and I got a few quick emails done before we crashed for the night

Friday : 

• WE MADE IT!
• I had a busy calendar for a Friday but made the day fly!  We had fun celebrating International Women's Day at work too!
• After work and school, we all headed to Mall of America to cash in the kids' Build a Bear Gift Cards from the Hollan Family at Christmas
• We ate some dinner, built our bears and headed for home
• After the kids were in bed, we went over to the Harty's (neighbors across the street) for a bonfire - yep, Minnesotans do that when we finally hit 30 something degrees in the evening after dealing with negative temps forever

Saturday : 

• Boys went to get haircuts while M and I made a quick Target run
• Haircuts took FOREVER so we were going to be like 20 mins late for dance so we ended up skipping for the week
• We headed to grab bagels and came back for some quiet time instead
• I got stuff done around the house and bills paid before M and I headed downtown at 1p for our day date at the Orpheum Theatre - WILLY WONKA!
• M and I both loved the musical and we were able to beat the next round of snow - when we left it was only raining and when we grabbed dinner for the family it was starting to do icy rain
• We were all cozy at home enjoying dinner when it finally turned to snow
• We continued to get to dos done around the house, watched some b-ball and set back our clocks

Sunday : 

• Clint headed out to do the driveway thanks to a new fresh coating of ~4-5 inches
• Connor woke up, saw the boys outside and flew to his snow gear
• Maci asked how cold it was and then finally decided to join in - thankfully the temps are getting up to the high 30s and 40s with sun which helps with melting - we continue to hope spring is around the bend!
• We really have no other plans today so we are all getting stuff done while mixing in a little bit of "laying around" which makes for a nice little Sunday around this house!!
