Clint's 45th Birthday & Spring Break Begins with a Blizzard!

Weekdays:

• Monday - Maci had gymnastics in the evening, glad she is feeling back to herself!!
• Tuesday - Big day for Maci girl!  Her Girls on the Run kicked back off, even if the temps are less than ideal for running outside!  She also attended a dance class with her pal Livi as it was take a friend to class night - she really enjoyed it!  I had a zoom call with my former co-worker and pal Row - so great to catch up with her!!

• Thursday - Maci had practice in the evening and this is their last dome practice of the season!

Friday : 

• Happy 45th Birthday to Clint!!!
• I decided to skip my 8a lab appointment due to a headache.
• Clint headed into the office after having some breakfast and oodles of happy birthday wishes from the kids!
• I started to feel better around lunch and got a good power walk in on the treadmill
• The kids got home off the bus during my last meeting of the day around 230p
• Clint wasn't too terribly far behind getting home around 4p
• We headed to Brick & Bourbon for Clint's birthday dinner around 6p.  While there, Connor was enjoying the baseball game until the storm started which took out the satellite TV so we resorted to playing Heads Up on my phone.
• When we left there was still storms underway and was switching from rain to ice to snow.  UGH we are so over this winter!
• Clint and I then watched the movie "The Hall Pass" in bed which was hilarious while the kids had their own movie night in the playroom!

Saturday:

• Clint got up for his massage only to realize they had to reschedule b/c the salon was without power.
• We woke up to a foot of HEAVY wet snow everywhere - UGH!!!
• The guys got to plowing driveways right away and thankfully the sun came out and high 30 temps which led to a LOT of melting!
• We had a pretty lazy day around the house but then decided to head out for a yummy dinner round 2 at River Inn!  The kids kept themselves busy outside by playing basketball with a mini hoop while Clint and I stayed busy with beers and talking to some friends we ran into!
• The food was great and we watched both NCAA games before heading home.

Pretty if it was January, Not April 1!

Sunday :

• Another pretty day, we should come close to hitting 50 - finally!  We cheer as the white stuff continues to melt!
• Connor had a birthday party today for his pal Leo at an indoor playground and Clint is on his way to pick him up now.
• We are enjoying another lazy weekend day around the house while we await grocery delivery, weekday prep is already done and a family walk later before dinner.

We hope you are also starting to see spring blossoming wherever you are.  We head to Denver to see Aunt Molly for Easter and are very hopeful that when we return to MSP that spring is here to stay!!!
