Mondells in Minneapolis: Happy Easter, Spring Break in Bahamas & Clint's 46th Birthday!!!

Weekdays:

Monday - Stupid Snow finally comes after an entire winter of almost nothing! My Volvo got a tune up and fortunately the roads were ok. Maci had her training and game face that evening.
Tuesday - I worked from home b/c the roads were actually worse today but thankfully the kids had school both days! M went to a dance class with her pal Harper in the evening which she thought was fun but thankfully isn't wanting to head back into the world of dance :)
Wednesday - Flor cleaned our house which I love having completed before heading out of town. We had no evening activities which is so nice - religion doesn't occur the few weeks before Easter and soccer is on a slight pause until after spring break and domes coming down.
Thursday - Kids had their last day of school before break. Clint had a chiropractor appointment and they recommended a new pillow for him. Maci had training in the evening at 630p.

Friday:

The kids had no school
I had my annual physical at 830a - fortunately all seems to be good to go!
I then cranked on work all day long so that I could have things in a good spot before heading out for the week.
Around 6p, I shifted to packing and getting us ready to roll for Bahamas fun!
We were in bed by 9p and back up at 2a!!!!

Saturday:

Like I mentioned, we were up by 2a and out the door by 230a. Got to love a 5a Intl takeoff :)
We got to the airport with no issues, saw our pals the Cassem's in the security line, we grabbed some coffee and donuts and then rolled onto our first flight to Dallas.
Thankfully we had a super smooth flight to Dallas and the kids had a great time with Connor sitting in between me and Clint. Maci, Natalie and Stella together and then Jacey/Ryan on the aisles across from us.
We had some breakfast in Dallas along with mimosas/bloody Marys. We once again had an on time and super smooth flight to Bahamas. The same seat order and we were so pumped to be arriving!!!
We got through customs smoothly and were waiting for our bus before we know it. Traffic was a bit touch and go but then we were at Atlantis and checking into our rooms.
We quickly changed and ran the kids down to their Hip Hop night. We headed off to our nice dinner as adults only and then explored the resort before picking up the kids again.
Unfortunately, the kids did not love Hip Hop night. They only got 1 drink. The workers weren't super nice and they referred to it as a prison HA. Maci said she got yelled at more there than they do at school, they were told they were doing the games wrong - goodness!
We had some good chuckles about this first night fail and treated the kids to ice cream before heading to the room for sleepy time - Long Day!
Clint and Ryan headed out to play some black jack in the casino! Both were winners :)

Sunday:

Happy Easter! Happy Birthday Clint!!!
We had a cabana for the day at our pool to celebrate Clint's birthday!
It was lovely!!!
We hung out, swam, did slides, hit up the beach a bit, had lunch and eventually called it for exploring in the outdoor shop area and then dinner at the buffet as they were having an Easter celebration buffet.
The boys LOVED the buffet - celebration of meats! The girls thought it was ok.
They had a live band that was playing lots of 90s songs and the kids kept saying, what is this?!
