WINTER HAS ARRIVED!!!

Holy Cow was this a COLD week!!  We got about 4-5 inches of snow total but temps had highs in the single digits a few days - YIKES!  I even took this picture of my phone's weather report for the week as proof of this craziness.

In addition to freezing this week, Miss Maci got a tummy bug on Thursday morning had had gotten sick in her crib through the night =(  She then also got sick again after lunch at daycare so I had to leave work and get her.  It is always a fun challenge attempting to balance work and Maci at home - ugh.

On Friday she seemed to be a lot better but as soon as we got her home Friday night, she puked all over her bedroom =(  However, like Thursday, she was such a happy lady afterward and showed off for a bit with our friends Trip & Lori who came over to watch "Bad Santa" and eat spaghetti & meatballs.  Poor Maci had a rough Friday night and woke up very hungry around 3a but later at 630a had puked up her bottle in bed!

We took Saturday morning pretty easy and only did Pedialite to help keep her hydrated and ensure she could keep that down.  Which she did and then slowly throughout the day we moved back to bottles.  We were so glad she was feeling better because Clint and I had his work team's Christmas party that night.  Our neighbor Karoline really helped us out and watched Maci for us while we went out for a few hours.  Thankfully no more sickies for Maci and all day today she has been in great spirits and finally eating table foods again!!!!!  YAY just in time for the Bengals game!!!

Yesterday I bought her this obviously made for a little boy tiger fleece but it was so perfect with Bengal  colors that we had to make it work :)  You can tell she likes it a lot until I force her to put up the hood!!!

Well not much more to say.  I am fairly stressed out for this work week with lots of things going on and several to dos on my list.  I am actually about to start doing work in front of the TV the rest of the night while Clint manages crazy M for me!  However, the holiday break is almost here so I can see a light at the end of the tunnel - we can't wait to see many of you in just a few weeks!!
