Silly Girl
Clint left to NC for work on Tuesday and returned Thursday night. Our Wednesday was nuts since I had a 630a meeting at work and now had to figure out how to get the kids to school and get myself to work in time. My creative thinking kicked in and I put the kids to bed in their clothes so I had to simply roll them out of the house :) That night Connor had gym and I knew I couldn't manage both after such a long day so I had worked it out with the Cassem's to have Maci over for the hour to play with Natalie - thanks guys!
Thursday the kids had conferences in the evening and I went solo since Clint landed right when they started. Both are some bright kiddos. Maci likes to control situations (surprise, wonder who that sounds like) and Connor needs to pronounce his words and use them more often (also not a surprise since Maci usually talks for him)

Friday - Maci and I headed from work/school to Snuffy's Malt Shop for dinner. It was so nice to have some 1:1 time with my quickly growing lil lady. She ate great and then we were off to the main event - Mary Poppins at Wayzata High School! Maci loved all the singing and dancing. I am looking forward to a few more musicals her and I are going to over the coming months.

Intermission Fun
Saturday - Boomer had his annual check up (doing just fine) and then we were off to dance. Afterward we grabbed some lunch and ran a few errands before heading home. I got a lot accomplished in the afternoon, including ordering Christmas Cards :) YAY! Come 6p Miss Kaitlin arrived and we were off to the Brubacher's for drinks. Once Trip got home from KS, we were off to 6 Smith for dinner and then McCormick's for drinks. We stayed out later than planned, getting home around 1a and we drank a little more than planned. Always a good time though hanging with Trip and Lori!
Blocks During Dance
Sunday - Our house has been moving slow all day and cancelled our morning plans in favor of sleeping in and recovering. In addition, the kiddos have some colds so a restful Sunday is what the Dr ordered. I am starting to feel myself and after yet another Bengals loss, I am not watching more football and about to prep for the week ahead.
So Gross but Cute All at the Same Time - YUCK Colds!
Thankfully neither of us travel this week and we are looking forward to the upcoming short week and long weekend with Thanksgiving!Lots of Love,
C, K, M & C
