Monday -
- Crazy busy day for Mom with year end comp process kicking off and lots of questions, data issues etc + a termination to be completed
- Connor got sent home due to his cough and a slight fever - thankfully Connor was able to grab him given my busy day
- Clint went to Wichita for the day - left early in the morning and home later that night
- Another nuts work day for me and my team with more data issues and comp process fun

Wednesday -
- I woke up to an email trail with our CEO - thankfully a group of us were able to quickly huddle and we shared a response by end of day - I was able to talk to several leaders and get them on the right page - such a nutty week!
- We had an advent festival for Maci's religion class but with both of us having nutty days, Clint and I were ready to just chill
Loves to Build
Thursday :
- Maci had a field trip to the History Museum and was so excited!
- I had a regroup with our CHROs former and new and a few other colleagues before bringing our CEO along on where we are in the process - thankfully the meeting went great!!! I got some more work done that night and could see the light at the end of the tunnel for the week WAHOO!!
- Clint had some buddies over at night for Golden Tee and football

Friday :
- Work from Home Friday for me but first I went to an inner city charter school that our company is thinking about partnering with for a social impact cause - so inspiring!
- Lots of great work time and was able to bring along the final leader who was struggling with the compensation process and cycle underway - I was so happy to end Friday knowing that we have leaders and HR on the same page and it has me excited to be moving into this coming week! Yay Team!
- We had gymnastics for the kids and then followed with a Mexican dinner - YUM!

Saturday :
- Started the day with Maci soccer at 10a
- Headed home afterward for a little laundry before going to the theatre to see Frozen 2!
- After the movie I took a quick siesta before ordering the rest of Christmas gifts, wrapping, eating dinner and watching the Buckeyes win the Big 10!!
- Clint and I hung until the very end of the Buckeyes win and then crashed for a good night sleep! O H !!!
Sunday :
- Maci had an optional soccer make up from the week the teacher was sick so Clint ran her there while I finished putting away laundry, ordering groceries, cleaning the house etc.
- We have been enjoying Sunday football and work/school week prep in front of a fire with blankets. LOVE me a lazy Sunday!!!
- I am going to do a Peloton class around 5p and then prep some work for another busy but hopefully less chaotic week. Thankfully Clint is done with work trips for 2019 so we are all around this week and each will enjoy a happy hour of our own to mix up the week.
We are loving all the holiday fun that is picking up around our home and community! I have a neighborhood ladies tea on Saturday morning and then our mommy & me friend Christmas party at our house next Saturday night! The kids are enjoying the advent calendar (Disney books this year) and Kat the elf moving all over our house.
