Tuesday and Wednesday were fairly normal days. Both Clint and I had happy hours on Wednesday after work which made pick up a little more exciting than usual.
Yummy Lunch
Clint said "Great, Now she can do our yard!"
Baby Friend Time
UMM Excuse Me - Is that my child standing?!?!
1st time we have seen this :-(

As the week went on, we saw more and more of Mr C pulling himself up!! This lil man went from not moving at all to crawling, pulling himself into the sit position and now pulling up to stand - he may just walk before a year after all!
So Darn Proud of Himself
Thursday we had the kiddos pumpkin party at daycare after work. Miss M was so excited to paint her pumpkin and Connor was excited to eat lunch meats and cheese :)Friday - Wahoo we made it - what a long week! After work, I picked up the kiddos and Clint ordered pizza. Maci was excited to play outback on a gorgeous day. Later in the night, I crashed on the couch (typical!) and Clint must have gone up to bed. At one point I woke up and realized Maci was still playing. She comes over to me and says "mommy I am tired now" So I get up to put her to bed and it is midnight!! Ugh - if anyone was ever wondering, Maci finally turns into a pumpkin at MIDNIGHT - only this 3 year old!!
Saturday - A fun and busy day for our lil family!
1st Moment - Found him standing in his crib!
We started the day with heading back to dance class and the girls got to wear their Halloween costumes. We were also super excited to see 2 more little girls joined the class as of this week so now there are 4 little friends, sadly those 2 friends didn't get the costume memo :)
The Girls & Juliette's Brother
After dance, we were off to the West End to meet up with the rest of our Wizard of Oz crew - the Cassem's and Zehr's. Maci was so excited to "practice" trick or treat. She did really well and stayed focused the whole time :)

The Whole Crew Getting Ready to Go
Fun Photo Opportunity
I took Maci into the toy store and look what I found . . .
This was my exact 80s doll BUT Maci didn't want it b/c it looked OLD
After trick or treating, we pushed Connor's nap a little further and headed to Fantastic Sam for a daddy/son haircut. I thought I was so ready for this because, look above, his hair was out of control. However, this haircut, while well done and super cute - makes him look so much like a little boy and not my baby - I cant really handle that he is going to be ONE in two short months UGH
BEFORE
AFTER
Sunday - The family rolled out of bed and started getting ready for the Bengals game in London. We were so disappointed we never saw Aunt Meghan and family or Uncle Dustin and family on TV. We were also equally disappointed that the Bengals ended in a tie - what is up with this season boys?!
He Likes Looking Like a Big Boy
Maybe I Should Too. . . .
We spent the rest of the day doing errands around the house/getting ready for the week ahead. Clint caught up on lawn needs and cooked a ton of food for this week. He unfortunately has to start an iodine free diet as of tomorrow which runs for 2 weeks due to his radioactive iodine treatment next Wed (Nov 9th). If you have never checked, Iodine is in EVERYTHING! Poor guy spent 2 hours at the grocery on Saturday and then almost the same amount of time cooking today so he has options for breakfast/lunch/dinner all week. While he did this I finished laundry, played with kiddos and got caught up on the week ahead for work . . .Blah! Now we are all ready to hit the hay and I think we are all equally excited for trick or treating tomorrow night!! We are keeping with tradition and friends are heading over here for pizza and then trick or treating as the entire Wizard of Oz crew. We are also very excited the weather looks clear and only a low of 51 - we can survive!
We hope you all have a wonderful Halloween and week ahead!
Lots of Love,
C, K, M & C
