Crazy Reptile Visit and Chilly Weekend

We had a quick and busy week with Maci's ice skating and Lil Rookies (tee ball), Connor turning 18 months and his corresponding Dr check up, Clint in TX Wed/Thurs and I had a play with co-workers on Friday night.  This week was far cooler in Minneapolis than the majority of June but there were still a few warm days which allowed the kiddos to have their water day at school.

Big 18 months on June 21st - How is this guy already a year and a 1/2 old - lots of talking, running and climbing.  Slowly becoming all boy and not quite my cuddle bug any longer.  He is only about 39% for weight but closer to 60% for height.  We love this lil man oh so much!

Friday - Maci got to have fun with a traveling reptile zoo.  I was receiving these pictures during a work meeting on the app and I almost gasped out loud when I saw the last ones with the yellow snake.  Maci thinks it was SO funny and keeps calling it "sunshine" the snake.  YUCK!

After work, I headed down town with a few co-workers.  About a group of 20 of us were having dinner and then heading to our co-worker's play "Private Lives"  It was quite funny and a good time with some great people outside of work!  By the time we got back to our cars, I was exhausted and crashed the minute I entered my silent house around 11p.  The rest of the family was already fast asleep.

Saturday -  We got some stuff done around the house and had a lazy morning.  By early afternoon we were getting ready to head to Rowan's 2nd birthday party in Stillwater.  It was a great Mickey Mouse theme and the kids ate way too much sugar but had a ball!  We headed home around 730p and the kids crashed shortly after getting home.  Clint and I watched some TV before following suit.

Sunday - What an awesome lazy day.  It is only about 60 degrees outside but the sun has come out so it makes it a pretty day.  We got all our errands done this morning and now Connor is down for his nap and Maci is having quiet time.  I am enjoying some of my pretty little liars show and Clint is acting like he is enjoying it as well.  We will likely take a family walk in a bit and enjoy this lazy Sunday.  We hope you all are having some nice R&R this weekend.
